Daniel Groz and Sascha Eberhard are rejuvenating Franke for the future – its structure, its organisation and its culture

At the beginning of 2007, Daniel Groz and Sascha Eberhard took over the management of a healthy company on course for growth. However, they soon found themselves faced with major challenges: After two extremely successful years, in 2009 our company was caught up in the effects of the international financial crisis, with full capacity utilisation giving way to short-time working. Things then quickly picked up again in mid-2010.
